It was announced today that Croatian incumbent telecom operator Hrvatski Telekom (T-Com) has selected Bulb, a leader in broadband service management and customer experience solutions, to deliver and integrate the Alcatel-Lucent/Motive ServiceView product as its central Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform for broadband services.
“The market for end-to-end CEM solutions is quite competitive, but in our conversations with T-Com, none of the other vendors could match the depth and breadth of the solution enhanced by Bulb’s turn-key integration services,”commented Neven Stipcevic, CTO of Bulb.
CEM has become a main selling point in mobile and fixed broadband deployment projects. As networks have become more mature, focus has shifted to enabling a better customer experience from device initialization to service support. Call center technology has come a long way, with sophisticated new offerings from Bulb including workflows, diagnostics and proactive analytics.
The project was delivered in a record six-month time frame and has now entered production phase in customer care call centers.
