AI Solution Engineer role involves creating, implementing, and testing AI flows that can be deployed across multiple communications channels while working directly with customers to solve real business problems.

Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI agents and workflows using our proprietary platform
- Deploy AI solutions
- Work directly with customers to identify needs and implement tailored AI solutions
- Develop automation solutions, chatbots, classification systems, semantic analysis and more
- Test and validate AI flows, understanding the non-deterministic nature of AI systems
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI technology and apply best practices
- Document processes and create technical specifications for AI implementations
Qualifications needed:
Required:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of conversational AI principles and generative AI in general
- Ability to work with non-deterministic systems and implement effective testing methodologies
A plus would be:
- degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML technologies, frameworks, or platforms
- JavaScript programming experience
- Familiar with modern AI development frameworks and tools
- Experience in chatbot or virtual assistant development
